Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my front yard in north Florida. I only take photographs for fun and am a complete amateur. This hybrid knockout rose was so gorgeous with the pink, white and cream colors so I just couldn't resist capturing it.

Time

This was mid-afternoon in November.

Lighting

We had a small rainstorm pass and the sun was just coming out afterwards.

Equipment

This was taken on my cell phone, a Samsung Note 9, handheld with no flash.

Inspiration

The colors combined with the rain droplets just drew me in.

Editing

I did not do any post-processing, no filters, or anything else.

In my camera bag

I have a Canon that I use sometimes and have various lens and accessories, but on this day it was just me and my cell phone!
