Location
The photo was taken in our front yard. The Judas tree belonging to our neighbour was rarely in bloom and only blooms with very small florets on rare occasions every few years. I think it came from the Israel desert originally.Time
Early morning a few years ago.Lighting
It was fairly low light early in the day.Equipment
I was trying out a new macro lens on my Olympus OMD 10 2.at the time hand held. I have a couple of these and can't remember which one. The shot was opportunistic.Inspiration
It was a rare moment and I was leaving for workEditing
Only some basic stuff to tidy the shot up from memory. In my camera bag
Just a few basic accessories. More often than not I use my mobile phone cameras as they are always on hand.Feedback
Use what you have on you as you may not have the opportunity again. Don't be locked into being too set up with fancy equipment all the time as you could miss out the opportunity. If it's a planned trip take only what you may need. Life is too fleeting to be too precious.
