Choppy seas crashing through a gully on North Stradbroke Island, Queensland in April. These waves were brutal, smashing against the rocks and spraying foam hundreds of feet upwards. There is a nature path that curves around the cliffs, over the crashing waves. From there, we saw a Giant Sea Turtle fighting against the current taking him towards the rocks, thankfully he averted disaster and surfaced a while out from the gully.
