Whilst travelling around Iceland I spotted a heartwarming trend. Farmers would place their old vintage tractors at the end of their driveways so people could see them as they passed.

As someone who grew up in the Yorkshire countryside surrounded by farms and agricultural machinery this caught my eye immediately.

I love the fact that despite the not so clement weather, these old machines are kept so visible, rather than being hidden away in a dusty old barn.

This Massey Ferguson must have one of the best retirement views any machine could wish for, with the epic Icelandic mountains providing the perfect backdrop.
