Behind The Lens

Location

Photo is taken in Iceland, during my trip around the island. This particular shot is on the dead-end road to northern fjord.

Time

It was late afternoon and I remember scrambling to catch the light for northern shore puffins nesting area. So its one of the best shots since it was not planned or scouted just happen on the trip.

Lighting

Yes, lighting was on my side because i had a sun behind me when on the other side of ship it was already stormy dark gray sky.

Equipment

It was shot with Nikon D7000 with 18-250 lenses with circular polar filter.

Inspiration

I like to look symmetry and patterns in the nature. Also its quite nice to look when nature takes back what we taken from her. So beside beautiful Icelandic landscape there was a sing who’s the boss here ;-)

Editing

I just cleaned it a little and adjusted colors since it was shoot in RAW.

In my camera bag

Camera, 2 lenses, tripod, drone, chargers and batteries, laptop

Feedback

Just take You camera where You go. You never know where and when the shot will happen.
