I'm pretty sure I've heard that if you get caught here during a hard rain, it can be very dangerous (?)

Hi Gail, YES you are correct! After one night of hard rain this slot was filled. In fact it had over 3 feet of water in some areas when we got there. Which was in the late morning/early afternoon.
