Location
Visiting friends in northern Italy, after a day of sight seeing we returned to our apartment in Pegognaga and went for a quick walk and found this awesome location, sat by the lake for about 2 hours just before sunset waiting for the right time to take some imagesTime
Arrived at the lake around 17:00 and sat waiting for the sunset as the sky was so clear, took this whilst waiting after a full circuit of the lakeLighting
Just had to wait for sun to hit the trees on the far shore, trying to balance the sun almost ready to set with the cool blue of the dayEquipment
This was actually shot an in iPhone, I had a bag full of camera equipment and at the time I took this the lighting was perfect but I only had the mobile to hand!Inspiration
I loved the location and wanted to wait around the area for the sun to hit the trees on the far shore, the glass-like stillness of the water made it appear like a perfect mirrored reflectionEditing
added a bit of saturation and vignetting to balance out the sky and highlight the treesIn my camera bag
