These boats were moored up for the winter. The small marina is in the Lydney Harbour. As the Locks there are on a Tidal River the marina is sealed up for the winter months. This harbour is on a tidal path of the River Severn which has the 2nd largest tidal rise in the world with a rise of up to 45 feet. The whole area offers great photography opportunities!
