This was at Windsor Ontario's fourth Open Streets event where streets are shut down to vehicle traffic in order to encourage active transportation (cycling, walking, etc). The setup was courtesy of a Ontario Trillium funded barrier free sports program - Sport 4 All - and the Windsor Express.
