This was a handheld shot with a Sony A 200 with a Sigma 18-250 3.5-6.3Inspiration
While we were working on the ranch, which has been in the family for 4 generations, I was inspired to capture the links between past and the present as we spliced the wire. Then, when I spotted the splice that lined up with the windmill, I knew I had to grab the camera and take the shot!Editing

This is an example of keeping your eyes open and watching for photography opportunities throughout your day. I love capturing the windmills on the ranch, and was looking for something to capture in the foreground.
