Today October 12 is the day of Hispanidad, throughout the world, the Patron of Spain, the civil guard and the city of Zaragoza. In Zaragoza this day is the offering of flowers to the Virgin of Pilar.More of 300,000 people give their flowers to the Virgin every year and they are placed, more than 8 million flowers. People come from all over the world and most of the countries of the world are represented. This flower offering lasts about 15 hours, until the last flower is placed and the last person passes to give his flowers to the virgin.
