Am and I had begun our morning shoot, and it was time to stop, breathe, shake off the focal plane we had entered, and allow something new to emerge. She asked if I had coffee, and I made her a fresh pot, a French press, we lingered. Then, I watched as she found refuge within herself, and wanted to honor the unimagined, simple gift of a moment.
