Great decision to render this shot in black and white, Jess, it brings out the spookiness of the old house. I love that you framed the house with those two ancient trees, and the moody sky is so fitting. Great shot.

Are you going to visit after dark on Hallowe'en Jess? When we were kids we had a house like that that we snuck into one Halloween night and told ghost stories.... a highlight memory.

They do have parties here in spite of the do not trespass signs. I've peeked inside I am not sure it's safe, a lot of graffiti.
