This is a Library This image was taken at the University of Nottingham in England where I was Electronic Engineering student at the time.Time
I remember that one day leaving the University on my way home the color and the sky change behind the this building as the sunset happens behind this building. One day I decided to bring my camera and tripod to photography this incredible piece of architecture during the later blue hour on a winter days around 3:40pm.Lighting
I wanted this image to look very inspinring image and We all know that light is the crucial element in photography so I decided to wait for the blue hour which is time just after sunset when the sky changes from light blue to dark blue where I could get the best shoot with a dark blue sky.Equipment
The images was shot on a Nikon d5200 with a famous kit lens 18-55mm f/3.5 where I set it on a tripod.Inspiration
I remember that I used spend hours seated during the afternoon on front of the windows on a building on front of this Library where I could watching the light change as the time pass by. One day I decided to bring my camera and tripod to photography this incredible piece of architecture during the later blue hour on a winter days around 3:40pm.Editing
Usually cityscape requires a lot of post-processing to obtain the maximun dynamic range such as the highlight in the buildings. I used adobe most Lightroom for colour grade and then I used a technique of a Digital Blending, which consists of manually blending multiple bracket exposure in Photoshop in order to obtain the maximun dynamic range. In my camera bag
As a traveler who travels full-time around the world, I have gone through many types of gear in my camera bag. As there are so many kinds of images to be taken at which having a variety of different focus range lenses is important. For this reason I only have 4 lenses Nikon 14-24 f/2.8, Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8, Nikon 70-200mm f/4 and Nikon 50mm f/1.8 and a Nikon d810.Feedback
The weather in England is always really cloudy I would suggest to wait for a clear day.
