Location
This photo was taken on the stairs to the front entrance of my house.Time
I believe it was around 4:30 a.m.Lighting
It was very dark outside still. The lightning came from an overhead light from the porch.Equipment
Nothing fancy for this shot. Had my cell phone ( iPhone SE) in my hand already, and grabbed my $9 aftermarket clip-on lens out of my pocket, and snapped a few photos.Inspiration
I noticed the frog right there as I walked out. Seeing he/she wasn’t afraid of me being there, I took advantage of it posing for me.Editing
Very little, adjustments to the sharpness, detail, and some vignetting. In my camera bag
I take quite a few photos with my phone that turn out rather well. Also carry Nikon D7100 Tamaron 18-400mm Tokina 12-24mmFeedback
Always be on the lookout. Little critters are all around you , but not just putting themselves out there for you to see. I am self taught, and improving everyday. As far as any technical photography advice, about all I can add is carry a camera everywhere. You never know what photo opportunity will arise. Your worst photo taken is still better than the one your camera sitting at home didn’t take.
