Tynemouth North Pier South Side.
Took a trip out there whilst working in the area. I was lucky in that it had been a largely grey day but the sky just opened up in the evening to reveal these beautiful blue-pink-reddish hues.
On this side of the pier the water was calm and quiet.The scene was tranquil.
However, on moving over the pier to it's North side the waves were crashing noisily into the wall.
