Last week I saw a few photos on Facebook of street art in Townsville. I had no idea it existed. So I took to the streets here and yes indeed, magic wonderful art everywhere. This is a piece called 'Mother Nature' created by Brisbane artist Leans. It reflects the tropics, with both colour and detail. Sometimes we forget what's around us, so I shall be putting a little more time into discovering what's on my doorstep!

Thank you so much, I really appreciate your comments and praise. I wasn't too sure about the afternoon but it worked well here particularly with the light coming through the windows. I love this piece of art ... oh to have such vision and talent hey!
