Kansas City's Country Club Plaza is beautifully decorated at Christmastime with miles of lights and other decorations. Several parking garages offer great views of the lights with ample angles for photographs. I usually spend at least one evening every year taking as many photographs as the cold weather will allow and I decided to play around with Photoshop when I was editing this batch of photographs and see how I could turn it into a Tilt Shift photograph. Not too bad for my first try I think.
