This photo was taken at the San Antonio zoo. This is one of my favorite places to spend time because you never know what shots will be available.Time
I'm not entirely sure what time of the day but probably fairly early as that is the time of the day when the animals are the most active. It gets fairly hot in August in Texas so afternoons are best for naps.Lighting
Not really, just be aware of where others are standing to make sure they dont block your light or cast shadows across your subject.Equipment
