Location
Backroads in the woodlands texasTime
Morning to lunch time, it was also raining and cloudyLighting
Shooting in the clouds is nice for the woodlands because there is no dappling in pictures.Equipment
Canon rebel t6 with 55 mm lensInspiration
I was just starting out in photography and thought an old car in the woods in the rain was a good vibe. I was right.Editing
I honestly did too much editing, my recent photography I have been trying to have more natural pictures. Post editing I cooled it and upped the saturation and vibranceIn my camera bag
I used to carry my whole camera bag. Now it’s usually just me and my camera and a 55 mm lensFeedback
Shooting cars, especially old ones, is all about making the car come alive. It has to have a story and not just be a photograph. Try and give the car a personality I guess. Sounds weird I know, but you have to attach souls to things in photography and make them sing.
