Many man and women come from various char (River Island) because they don't have many option to work the reason of climate change. In this factory work every day a woman earn almost USD $1 (BD Taka 75) after working 10 hour. Red chili powder in the air the body and the nose are burning. Their sweat body and eyes are reddish always red that's why they working on an old umbrella head. Mostly women’s are engaged on chilli sorting, processing and packaging and they earn Tk 1500 per month.
