We went to a friends house and I got to get some shots in of their plants. I'm not quite sure of the strain of this one, but the original dark green color of the leaves and even the flower(bud) reminded me of the look of storm clouds. It was something about the hue. Once I started editing, I wanted to keep that stormy look. So I went for a deep, deep purple. I switched modes for a certain overlay I had, and that's where the moon came from. Deep purples, blacks, and a full moon ended up being perfect for this bud.
