This is called Papaya. It has a light fruity smell that is reminiscent of the fruit it's named after. A gentleman that lives in the next town over allowed me to come into his home and take some photos of his plants.

I drove down to a favorite spot and sat through an entire sunset, from beginning to end.

Country Sunrise

Clouds roll in one spring day.

While out on a winter hike, I looked up, aimed my camera and...remember to look up.

What started as a simple sunset has been transformed after a creative explosion in my brain.

One of my more challenging shots as I was wearing the wrong pair of shoes, so keeping my feet dry was interesting.

Another test of my camera's abilities and a testament to the clarity of the air here in Alaska. This photo is not under exposed or over exposed.
