This photo was taken only about 50 feet of a major PA 4 lane highway, BUT nearly 300 feet above it, but also in full view of south bound traffic.... IF they are looking up.Time
This photo was taken about noon, on my favorite type of day for outdoor shooting, when blue sky is not needed in the background. This was a Bright, but partially clouded over, so that shadows are not an issue. Photo was all natural light, and without aid of a reflector.Lighting
All natural light on a bright overcast day, which eliminates or at least softens shadows.Equipment
I almost never burden myself with a tripod shooting outdoor nudes, and in this case as mentioned above, no flash was required, Camera was my trusty Canon EOS Digital Rebel, Aperture F9, ISO 400, Shutter 1/200 and at 55 feet from model.Inspiration
I love shooting nudes outdoors in natural settings, and this day I shot for over 3 hours in different spots of this basic same location. Others in the series are shot at a 180° angle of this shot, and show the traffic coming down the highway. Why this shot? The "challenge" of shooting full nudes in the wide open, where we can watch the traffic passing only about 50 horizontal feet away, BUT 300 feet below us.Editing
