The first time I experienced the 4th of July fireworks was back in 2015. I missed the one in 2016 and 2017, but this year I vowed not to miss it. The crowd was great; everyone was cheerful and thoroughly enjoyed the sight of such brilliance. Although I did not manage to perch up on higher grounds and with all the people surrounding me, I thought to myself, why not make use of the bystanders. Here's to the sweet independence we enjoy every single moment.
