Mid day, but id was shot at the basement so its doesnt matter.Lighting
Lighting wasnt complex but to have a nice fitness look you can use different types of oil, in my case its vegetable glicerine. It creates great specular highlights and mascularity.Equipment
Ive used canon 60d camera with 24-70L lens and studio flashes.Inspiration
My initial idea was to capture beautiful girl with strong character inside but in the same time underline feminine behaviour.Editing
I dont like to do a lot of post processing because it might kill roughness and beauty of the light that it was shot with. But definitely cleaned the image from blemishes and skin imperfections.In my camera bag

Properly oiled skin is very important for specific mascular look. Also you can use different mixtures like vegetable glicerin with water to get a nice sweat looking face and skin.
