Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photograph in Pudhkar, rajasthan, India. Its a small place in Ajmer which attracts lacs of tourist every where from all over the globe because of it famous Camel Fair and I also took this during the time when I went to Pushkar to atten the Camel fair.

Time

It was noon time only, and the lady was sitting outside her house.

Lighting

Lighting was not that great time, no shadow effect could be generated at that moment.

Equipment

Nikon Coolpix (SLR) Free hand

Inspiration

Face of the aged lady was the inspiring factor for me, as she was talking to her son and i got her sight during that moment, starting was quiet tough as she was feeling very shy but her son insisted him to pose look straight for the camera once, i took multiple shots but everytime either the eyes are closed or sometimes she not looking into camera(because of shyness) But for me that time was worth looking for the perfect shot.

Editing

Yes i edited this in Adobe Photoshop Express, played a little with a pre defined filter of BnW, and little bit playing with general settings (brightness, contrast, saturation, clarity etc.)

In my camera bag

Canon 1500D and Tripod
