I was shooting a series of photos for an art show and I wanted to do a retro-themed series that reflected growing up in the 60's and 70's (Which is when I grew up) So I created this shot by collecting original vintage toys from the 60's (It took me about a year and over $1,000.) I then turned my hall between my living room and bedroom into a closet by building shelves and a back wall. I arranged all the toys and games into the shelves and put some toys outside the door and hung vintage pictures on the wall and this is what I created, my "Child of the 60's" still life.
