Behind The Lens

Location

Believe it or not, I captured this shot in my back yard. I firmly believe that you don’t have to travel to exotic locations in order to capture stunning photos. Take a look around you…and stop to smell the flowers.

Time

I took this shot in the late afternoon. The sun angle was absolutely perfect.

Lighting

It was a crystal clear spring day. Not a cloud in the sky. Couldn’t have asked for better lighting.

Equipment

I shot this on my iPhone. The best camera is the one you have with you.

Inspiration

I’ve always loved the way our trees bloom in the spring, but I had never stopped to capture a decent photo. It was time to change that.

Editing

I did no additional processing one this one, which is rare.
