A week long trip through the desert landscape of Joshua Tree in Southern California inspires the need to climb, a love of old western music, and stellar vibes. Our days flowed together, but always included a ride in our classic van with phenomenal shaggy carpet, banjo tunes, and some sketchy leads up bald faces. This picture shows two of my buddies rappelling off one of the massive boulders that embellish the desert, under a blanket of stars and the cheering of another friend from the base.
