This flag (like any other flag that fly in North Dakota,) gets pretty wind beaten. Some states think when they have 30 + mph winds that they are under sever weather, but that is any given Tuesday here. Chicago may be the windy city, but North Dakota is the windy state. This flag has been torn and frayed by the wind, but it gets repaired and sent back up the flagpole to fly once again.
