I have been suffering from a concussion since September 2017. One of the few things I am able to do is take pictures, it is something I can do at my leisure. This picture was taken on March 23, as the sun is rising above the horizon. The picture posted of the Art Museum is what I went to take, but when I saw this, all I could say was Wow. I hope everyone enjoys it.
