Hi Jenny. Great shot. One can actually see the rain falling. Two comments if I may:
1. To get more sharpness I would suggest a faster shutter speed (1/1000) and wider aperture (f4) if possible.
2. I would crop the photo to get more emphasis on the bird and reduce the negative space. A little less space on the right hand side in comparison with the left and reduce about half of the grey area above the bird's head. .
