When in slot canyons, often the only light you see has been bounced around several times among the rocks. Even though this image doesn't contain direct sunlight, is does show rock walls that are in direct sunlight.

In order to make this image possible, I had to make mulitple exposures. If I had exposed for the brightest part of the scene, all but the far wall would have been almost completely black. If I had exposed for the darkest parts of the scene, the far wall would have been completely white.
