It was taken at night as the colours of the wheel light up and can be seen standing out from the surroundings.Lighting

This was shot on my very first dslr camera, an entry level Nikon D3100 with the kit 18-55mm lens.Inspiration
The fact is that wherever you stand at the wheel the picture changes dramatically and there are not to many compositions, so this one stands out.Editing
Very simple use of photoshop on this picture as I was a novice at best at the time.In my camera bag
Now I have a Fuji camera and lenses but can’t go anywhere without my lee filters.Feedback
Take your time and take as many pics as possible. Always use a tripod and ignore the bad weather. Have fun and remember the picture is to make you happy not anyone else. If you like it then it’s good enough.
