The Emmaus chapel in Grünwald, near Munich in Germany. Built in the 17th century, a landslide has caused the chapel now to be considered unsafe to be full of people and so the services on special occasions are held outside and only Church people are allowed to enter. There is a 20 to 25ft vertical drop in the rock face that can be seen starting in the foreground in the image and so it really is sitting "on the edge".
