Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is where this photo was taken. The cabin was actually built for John Olivers son as a honeymoon house. The cabin is about a 10 minute walk uphill from the 11 mile loop road which offers views of wildlife, surviving structures from that period and many spectacular views of scenery.
