about 2 weeks ago the Eastern Sierra finally received the snow that we have been waiting for all this winter season. I was very lucky that the timing of the winter storm allowed me to travel to Yosemite National Park right at the tail end of it and arrive in the valley early in the morning.

Every time I travel and stand at this classic 'Tunnel View' outlook, I am at awe of this landscape scene, made famous by Ansel Adam's image 'Clearing of a Winter Storm'. To see it by my own eyes and to photograph it in a fresh winter coat, was purely magical. I hope you feel the same
