don’t discredit your phone photos. I find myself taking as many with my phone as with my camera, sometimes with better results. what I learned in photography school was ‘when in doubt, shoot. you can always delete but the shot you didn’t take is just gone’

Interesting perspective and composition, I like it. Improvement comes with practice and some study of photography books. If you want a free great editing program look at Gimp.org. Like any program it does have a learning curve, but YouTube has good videos about it.
