Porto OTE is the second city and the fourth most populous municipality of Portugal, located in the northwest of the country and capital of the Metropolitan Area of ​​Porto (NUTS III and metropolitan area), of the North region (NUTS II ) and the District of Porto. The city is considered a global city range.
