Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken at the Harbour Inn in Pembrookshire, Wales.

Time

This was taken around 13:00 hrs on a Saturday.

Lighting

It was generally an overcast day. so nothing special about the lighting (just luck that it was not raining in Wales)

Equipment

As we were out walking that day I did not want to be bogged down with too much equipment. So all I took with me was a cannon 750D with a standard Canon EF-S 18–55mm lens.

Inspiration

Sitting outside the Inn I noticed the Robin on the sign. I stood up and with every step I took, I took a photo. Without using zoom this was as close as the robin would alow me to get before it flew off.

Editing

There is no pst-processing. This is an all natural photograph

In my camera bag

I normaly have four lense; 50mm prime, 75-300 Zoom lens, 28-105mm EF Ultrasonic zoom lens, standard Canon EF-S 18–55mm lens. An Ipad for viewing and editing, and a 80mm Crystal ball lens

Feedback

When aproching nature and animals, be patient move slowly and try not to startle your subject. More importantly be carful some animals can and will atack if you get too close.
