On our trip to Uganda we visited Ziwa rhino sanctuary and with experienced rangers we were walking through savannah where we were able to see three families of white rhinos.
Ziwa rhino sanctuary is the home to the only rhino in the wild in Uganda. It is 70 hectars in size and has been through the years of effort and dedicated stuff and the commitments of tour operators a successful thus far and is growing in leaps and bounds.
In the sanctuary there are more than 20 white rhinos, but not only rhinos, there are also a lot of other animals that roam the sanctuary where they ensure their safety as well.
I am really happy that I had a chance to see white rhinos in nature.
