On Dec 21st & 22nd In Toronto and the GTA we had the worst Ice storm in over 40 years. Some people were left with no power for 6 or 7 days. Some days the temp. fell to -22 degrees celsius a few days it was -44 celsius! It has been a rough winter so far!
