Location
This photo was taken in Kerala state of India. While I am traveling from Kollam to Alleppy on boat.. these birds were fishing on the back side of the boat. I went to the top of the boat and started capturing continuous shots and finally I got this pic.Time
it is in the morning time nearly 12 to 3pm. shiny day.Lighting
I want to get a complete birds top angle shot. So I tried hard to get this pic. The lighting condition also supported me. As the Sun is on top of the object.Equipment
I used Nikon D5300 camera with 70-300 zoom lens. No tripod used. By sitting on the deck of be boat and taken more time to get this shop.Inspiration
I like nature and Birds/Animals photography. taking photo of a moving object is difficult. So I take it as a challenge and I want to prove my self in my Friends circle that I am a good photo grapher. So I tried this one.Editing
No post processing. I hate post processing. I want to my photos naturally. I never use any software for modifications of photos. In my camera bag
I carry Nikon D5300 with 18-55mm and 70-300mm lens, One sports camera (like Gopro), I use Cell phone also in most of the cases. because I observed some times cell photos are more quality and can take wide angle photos than DSLR. Battery charger and cables etc.Feedback
Patience is very important to capture photos like this moving objects. We have to wait for the perfect shot and we have to take more and more shots to get One good picture. Also angle of photo is very important. We have to move according to light direction. So it is better to take photos in different angles to success. By using Zoom lens it is difficult to control the picture on the view but we have to guess the movement of the Birds by observing some time and accordingly move the cam on that angle sharply and use continuous shots.
