A "Blue Clipper" of the Parthenos Sylvia species that comes from Borneo, as well as other areas of SE Asia.
On display in a visiting Tropical Butterfly show at the Botanical Gardens in Munich. A lot of different species from the tropical regions of the world were allowed to fly around freely amongst the visitors.
Taking photos was very tricky as this was in a warm, humid glasshouse and so the camera lens was constantly fogging up and had to be carefully wiped before each shot!
