Behind The Lens

Location

This photo is taken in North Clarendon, VT. Our back yard is photogenic year round. This was a particularly heavy snow fall during the night, at 7 am everything was perfect for the shot. Nothing extra used, focused and shoot.

Time

7 AM

Lighting

I usually get the best natural photos here with morning sunrise or sunsets.

Equipment

I think was taken with my Nikon with film, put into CD then down loaded.

Inspiration

I love natural photos of wildlife, scenery and horses, dogs etc. the fresh snow fall was the big draw with the bright blue sky all around, perfect!

Editing

No post processing except to crop.

In my camera bag

Camera, lenses, extra battery pack and photo cards. Tripod if I go to a horse show.

Feedback

Timing. Ice storms are harder to capture as I feel it has to be as the sun is starting to shimmer through the trees.
