Location
This was taken whilst on honeymoon at Lake Garda, Italy in September 2017.Time
It was taken around 11 am on our way to the historic town of Arco .Lighting
Being later in the year the sun was up later so bear in mind the time of year and light direction.Equipment
I used my Nikon D3300 with an 18/55 lens to capture this stunning view. No other equipment was used.Inspiration
As it was our honeymoon, I wanted a photo that would capture the tranquillity and essence of the Lake and that could transport us back there whenever we see it.Editing
No processing was involved in this shot.In my camera bag
First thing is obviously a fully charged Nikon D3300 with (now) a choice of 2 lenses. An 18/55 for closer or wider shots and a 70/300 for distance. I also have a small pair of 10x25 binoculars to help spot shots. There's also a couple of flash surpressors, some graduated filters, cleaning brush, remote control and Wi-Fi adaptor.Feedback
Be prepared to take many shots before you find the one or two that you are happy with. Somebody once told me "if it looks right to you......it probably is"
