I didn't have a telephoto lens to take this shot. But I wanted to snap this shot at any circumstances as it was a once in a lifetime opportunity. I called a local rental store to rent a Sigma 150-600mm, but I was surprised to hear what the reply came. All the super telephoto lenses; the Sigmas, the Tamaron all were rent out already. The only telephoto lens available was Nikon 70-300mm. So I took it, drove 30kms to reach a place that was out of light pollution. The phenomenon was worth it. I quickly snapped couple of photos and kept my camera down to see it with my eyes rather than my viewfinder
