Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in my garden , the source of much of my photography.

Time

I spotted the early afternoon sun glowing through the petals and soaked another pair of jeans kneeling on wet grass to get a low perspective.

Lighting

It was lit by natural sunlight filtering through the trees.

Equipment

This was taken with a Nikon D3300 18 - 55 mm lens and UV filter.

Inspiration

My inspiration was just a love of all things in nature.

Editing

I used Affinity Photo to add warmth to the image.

In my camera bag

I carry a 55 _ 200mm zoom lens as an alternative, a selection of filters and a tripod when I'm out and about.

Feedback

My only advice would be to take photos every day because even if you have taken similar before , there is always something different about the subject whether it be the time of day , the light , the weather or just how you see it.
