Location
I took this shot in the Harz Nationalpark in Germany when I was there with the guys from my photographer collective, calls "THEWANDER.CO".Time
It was nearly the end of the trip and just before sunset. So round about 4.30pm.Lighting
Nothing special about the light, because the sun was nearly gone and just a few rays hits the lake.Equipment
For this shot I just flew with my drone ( Mavic Air) above the lake and had a look where I can go as well with it...but the only good thing here was the crazy looking ice plains.Inspiration
That's a really good question about this shot, because...I always want to see the crazy looking ice in Greenland from above and now I just got a small piece of that i a shot far far away from the real beauty. That's right now my favourite drone shot from all droneshots I've ever taken.Editing
I just edit my pictures in lightroom. Never use Photoshop, because I wanna show everyone the real beauty of mother nature and no fake stuff. So I just made it a bit brighter so see all the structures. In my camera bag
Normally I go out with my Canon 6D, the Canon 24-70mm f4 and the Canon 70-200mm f2.8 lenses. As well with my Mavic air drone.Feedback
Wow...any advice. I was about to leave this place with my friends, but I decided to stay 5 mins longer for going up with my drone... sometimes good things happen when you never think about it.
